Odpoklici hrane med prazniki: od kovinskih delcev do prekomernih pesticidov

Med prazničnimi nakupi hrane se lahko v vašem telesu najde kaj, kar tja vsekakor ne spada.

Včeraj so na UVHVVR opozorili na odpoklic sušenih krizantem za čaj zaradi prisotnosti pesticida. “Uprava RS za varno hrano, veterinarstvo in varstvo rastlin je bila obveščena s strani izvajalca dejavnosti WENLAN d.o.o., Ljubljana, da izvaja odpoklic sušenih krizantem za čaj zaradi presežene mejne vrednosti za pesticid klorpirifos.”

Nekaj dni prej so v okviru uradnega vzorčenja odvzeli vzorec pirine moke, v kateri je uradni laboratorij potrdil prisotnost verotoksične bakterije Escherichia coli. Zaradi navedenega je izvajalec dejavnosti Herbas Jasmina Avbar s.p., pričel z odpoklicem spornega lota živila iz prometa.

Pred tem so se zvrstili še odpoklici oz. umiki:

  • odpoklic izdelka »Fileji skuše v olju, 170g« zaradi ugotovljene presežene vrednosti histamina;
  • umik / odpoklic izdelka Milanska salama Eurospin zaradi možne prisotnosti Salmonelle;
  • odpoklic izdelka »dimljena tuna« Hapy Day zaradi ugotovljene prisotnosti bakterije Listeria monocytogenes;
  • odpoklic hrustljave mandljeve torte s čokolado Daim IKEA zaradi možne prisotnosti tujkov (kovinskih delcev).
