Digitalizacija prometa v Sloveniji: pametne ceste in upravljanje podatkov

Cestni promet v Sloveniji je pod vse večjim pritiskom, zato poleg širitev postaja ključna tudi digitalizacija prometnega sistema.

Digitalizacija kot odgovor na prometne obremenitve

Digitalizacija omogoča hitrejše zaznavanje prometnih dogodkov in učinkovitejše upravljanje prometa.

Sistemi vključujejo:

  • inteligentne transportne sisteme (ITS),
  • umetno inteligenco za upravljanje prometa,
  • komunikacijo med vozili in infrastrukturo.

Kot pojasnjujejo strokovnjaki s Fakultete za gradbeništvo, prometno inženirstvo in arhitekturo Univerze v Mariboru, je digitalizacija ključna za večjo varnost in postopno uvajanje avtonomnih funkcij.

Slovenija med bolj digitaliziranimi prometnimi sistemi

Slovenija je na področju digitalizacije že napredna, predvsem na avtocestah.

Med primeri dobrih praks so:

  • organizirani nadzorni centri,
  • sistemi vodenja prometa,
  • avtomatsko izločanje vozil,
  • upravljanje hitrosti v Ljubljani,
  • detekcija parkirišč za tovorni promet.

Kljub temu ostaja izziv povezovanje različnih sistemov.

Pomanjkljivosti so predvsem pri povezovanju prometnih tokov in digitalnem sodelovanju med različnimi upravljavci (občine, javni promet, železnice).

Promet kot podatkovni sistem

Do leta 2030 je načrtovan razvoj ključnih digitalnih rešitev:

  • nacionalna platforma prometnih podatkov,
  • digitalni prometni model za napovedovanje zastojev,
  • centralizirano upravljanje prometa (NCUP).

Ti sistemi bodo omogočili boljše načrtovanje, optimizacijo prometa in razvoj naprednih mobilnostnih storitev.

Pametne ceste prihodnosti

Na področju avtocest uvajajo C-ITS (komunikacija vozilo–infrastruktura), digitalno avtocesto (Smart Highway), uporabo senzorjev, kamer in umetne inteligence.

Digitalizacija omogoča tudi boljšo logistiko, predvsem pri upravljanju tovornega prometa (npr. povezovanje z Luko Koper).
