Za boljšo protipotresno varnost najbolj dragocenih zgodovinskih objektov

Raziskovalca z ljubljanske fakultete za arhitekturo sta razvila novo računsko orodje za protipotresno utrditev zgodovinskih zidanih stavb s pomočjo potresne izolacije.

Simon Petrovčič in Vojko Kilar sta razvila nov pristop računskega modeliranja odziva zgodovinskih zidanih stavb na potresno obremenitev ter metodo za izbiro primernega tipa izolacijskih naprav za vgradnjo v kulturnozgodovinske objekte.

Raziskovalca Fakultete za arhitekturo Univerze v Ljubljani dr. Simon Petrovčič in dr. Vojko Kilar sta razvila nov pristop računskega modeliranja odziva zgodovinskih zidanih stavb na potresno obremenitev ter tudi metodo za izbiro primernega tipa izolacijskih naprav za vgradnjo v kulturnozgodovinske objekte.

Klasični protipotresni ukrepi škodijo zgodovinskim objektom

Raziskovalca pravita, da pri zgodovinskih zidanih stavbah z uporabo konvencionalnih sanacijskih gradbenih posegov lahko dosežemo izjemno visoko stopnjo varnosti pred porušitvijo, vendar so takšni ukrepi tudi zelo invazivni in zahtevajo razmeroma velike posege v objekt ter s tem tudi v njegovo zgodovinsko in kulturno substanco.

Potresna izolacija učinkovita, objektu prijazna in draga

Da bi to preprečili, se na potresno ogroženih območjih po svetu v določenih primerih uporablja tudi potresna izolacija. »Osnovni princip delovanja takega sistema je, da se s povečanjem nihajne dobe in dušenja celotnega sistema zmanjša raven sil, ki nastanejo na konstrukciji med potresno obremenitvijo. Za ta namen se uporabljajo posebna ležišča, ki se običajno vgrajujejo na nivo temeljev konstrukcije. To pomeni, da v takih primerih pretirani posegi v objekt sploh niso potrebni. V tem kontekstu je uporaba potresne izolacije pri zgodovinskih zidanih stavbah svojevrstna rešitev, saj omogoča povečanje potresne odpornosti ob minimiziranju posegov na objektu,« poudarjata raziskovalca.

Ker je vgradnja takšnih naprav zahtevna in tudi draga, so tovrstni posegi omejeni na najbolj dragocene stavbe kulturne dediščine.
